Hong Kong

Executive Chef Ben Higgs is currently stunning guests at the exclusive Hong Kong Football club. Ben is teaming fabulous Australian produce with Australian wine label Wolf Blass Gold Label. Whilst he is away Wild Oaks head Chef Troy Anderson is pleased to be offering our new menu.

Nobu


A select audience with Chef Nobu enjoyed a Champagne evening and book signing at his Melbourne branch of Nobu. Ben was personally invited by Nobu who was impressed with his and our head chef Troy Andersons sushi and sushimi classes. Ben said "a nicer man, full of life you couldnt wish to meet" Nobu signed a book to Ben "wishing you all the best Ben, keep teaching sushi, regards Nobu"
